I always thought of myself as some sort of artist. I always kept a sketch book for many years drawing cartoons and messing with typography. I enjoyed modifying things to my liking and I see a lot of it with Lei. As I wash her arms taking the ink off I tell her she has hands of an artist. Out of curiosity she ask what it meant. I explained to her that she will always meet an artist who has paint or ink under their nails. Artist are never ashamed of showing the work through their hands. We won't always be understood as to why we have a strong passion to this or why we stick with it for so many years. It's a trait we never out grow.
